This training will introduce the fundamentals of Federal procurement, including key requirements and definitions. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the different procurement methods and Buy American requirements. School nutrition program directors, management, and/or staff who work on procurement activities must complete at least one hour of KSDE procurement training annually. Completion of this training fulfills the requirement.
