If you have requested a password reset, you may not have an account. If you are sure that you do, if you use Yahoo! or iCloud emails, you may have trouble getting automated messages (these email services block our automated emails). If you receive the email substantially later than you expected, you may need to check with your email service to see if they quarantine messages and if KSDE can be added to a white list.

When requesting a password reset, make sure to enter your username OR your email. Submitting both will cause an error.
