Fewer problems occur in our content if you use Edge or Firefox or Apple based browsers.
New accounts are created by request during regular business hours--batches process 1-2 times per day.

***If you use icloud or yahoo for primary email, please consider registering with a different email domain--currently these domain reject training portal messages, creating a delay in your ability to access your account or request resets.

Once submitted, do NOT submit another request. Requests are processed on business days ONLY. At least one batch processes every morning. A second batch process may run in the late afternoon. Please be patient.
